    Minecraft home can't be configured

You are trying to make a modpack for 1.7.10, right? Please make sure that you have a forge version compatible with 1.7.10, not with 1.11: "Forge Mod Loader version 13.20.0.2315 for Minecraft 1.11.2 loading" Note: Mediafire will not work for hosting modpacks, just a FYI.

Kitty Jail 2: You Can (not) Escape

Videogamedunkey made a video that I think summarizes this year's E3 for me pretty well: "The first Shadow of Mordor was unanimously crowned the fun version of Assassin's creed, but where was the funny Shrek character?" I played the first one and it was pretty fun, and it looks like they've tried to improve on it quite a bit. Orc bros. Yes please. Then there's Nintendo doing Nintendo things. I don't even know what they're on about but I'm sure it will at least be interesting

  6. The server itself is overall a great server. The banned items are taken away for reasonable reasons unlike other servers that just can't handle the lag. Other servers take away items that are key to gameplay, but this one keeps Tekkit reasonable, fun, and multiplayer. The only downside I can see to this server is the fact that it resets too much. I leave for a break after it restarts, come back, and it restarts right when I start thinking about what I was doing. I don't mind it too much, though. The server has all the functions and plugins it needs for a smooth and great economy/town system. All the other servers I've found have either been dysfunctional, boring, confusing, or just frustrating, but here at Crafter's Land, everyone can expect a good experience from Tekkit and all the other servers it has! (I haven't tried the others xP)

    Download error

You must zip it in .zip format, renaming a .rar file to a zip does not make it a zip.

    Every modpack is crashing.

Downgrade it to either 8u25 or 8u60.

    Login error cannot reach authservers

Your SSL certs are broken somehow. This tool may help https://www.digicert.com/util/repair-intermediate-ssl-certificate-errors-using-digicert-utility-for-microsoft-servers.htm You could also stop by the Technic Discord and drag a log into the chat, the bot there will probably have an SSL fix for you too.

  12. This is a very, very friendly server. It is refreshing to play on a server with a small but growing community whose primary interest is helping each other out. The primary focus here is building, mostly cooperatively. I am looking forward to stopping back in to play more, after some additional mods have been added (I'm spoiled, need my tech mods).

Modpack not getting "runs" or "downloads"

I just reinstalled my modpack, it then showed all the runs installs, and likes up-to-date. Hopefully this works for you too.

Modpack not getting "runs" or "downloads"

I have the same problem, but considering that technic takes about an hour just to register modpack version updates it might take the same amount of time or even longer to update the views / downloads.

The game runs slow in technic launcher

When playing vanilla minecraft through vanilla launcher, i get an avarage of 90fps with all settings maxed out and 22 chunks render distance. That's even when i haven't allocated any extra ram to it (so its at like 800mb or something). I think that it is safe to say that my gaming rig handles minecraft decently. It's only a budget gaming rig, but i am happy with it as it gives me 40+fps on games like the witcher 3. Well here comes the problem: I want to play modded minecraft, and i liked tekkit and lapito's galacticraft modpack. I installed them and when i run tekkit, i recieve only 20fps. I thought that maybe all the mods was too intesive on my cpu, but i kept looking into it.. just running vanilla minecraft through the tekkit launcher only gives me 40fps and thats unstable as well, meaning i will sometimes see drops to 20fps. I have tried turning down the settings, allocating more ram. I feel like i have tried everything, but i cant seem to get the fps up. I think that my computer will be able to run the game with mods without lag, but maybe since its running java 64 bit it's being unstable? I tried running it through 32 bit, but then the game crashes and tells me i need to allocate more ram (the max is 1gb through 32gig java which i already allocated to it). I can turn down all my settings to barely playable and still have low fps, it doesn't seem to make any improvements at all. Even when in the vanilla game through the technic launcher. Here are my specs: -Amd athlon 4x 845 quad core 3,5ghz processor -Ati rx 460 saphire 4gb video card -8gb ram -240gb ssd (dont know if this is necessary information) -Windows 10 64bit I hope there is someone out there that can help me. Btw, i have done these things already: 1. Tried to add the java.exe file in the modpack to the radeon settings so that it would be optimized, but this doesnt work. 2. I have allocated more ram (everything from 1gb to 6gb) 3. I have updated video card drivers 4. I have the newest versions of both 32 and 64bit java Its worth mentioning that it looks like its the cpu that makes the fps drop. Its at 80-90% when running minecraft (both vanilla and modpacks) and 30-40% when running vanilla on vanilla launcher. The memory seems to be fairly stable at 1-2gb ram with modpack.

    Modpack Upload Issues.

Your bin, mods, and config folders are inside another folder, they should not be. Zip then up, and name that modpack.zip

Ive made good friends here, even brought some of my own to these servers to play with. I mainly stick to tekkit main, its go ta good balance of mods without giving the player to much to tarnish others work with. Its got a decent reason to vote, as well as prizes for just being online and playing, very friendly players and staff. -DeusEgo
