Anyone know how to apply texture packs on technic? xD sorry if this is such a derpy question.

Try installing 64 bit java, fixed it for me.

I found a fix, i remembered that once to fix minecraft i had to install 64 bit java, so i went and installed it and now it works , Hope this helps.

I to am having this issue, the launcher loads up partialy and then brings up an error message saying Java Directory could not be found. I also am running windows 7 (64 bit)
