  1. Hi there, I saw an issue posted on this in the Tracker, and it was pointed out that Platform Pagoda would be a better place to discuss it - since I don't see a related discussion here, I thought I'd start one. Overall I like the look and function of the new Launcher (at least, I will once it has stabilized a bit), but I do have a very minor gripe with it opening to the Discover tab instead of to Modpacks. If my own experience is representative, the 99.9% use case in opening the launcher is to play a modpack that is already installed. I know it's only one extra click (as I said, very minor gripe), but a major tenet of UX design is to make the most common use cases easiest/shortest. I'd suggest then that the currently installed modpacks be returned to front & center. My two cents, --Zack
  2. I had the same issue, in my case the first problem occurred when trying to read in the DimensionalDoors blacklist.txt file (world/DimensionalDoors/data/blacklist.txt). It had written out as an empty file somehow (possibly in a power outage shutdown), and it needed to contain just an empty array... I just added [] to the txt file, and that got me through that error. Unfortunately, I then got another error from loading a DimensionalDoors data file, at which point I just shortcutted and restored the whole world folder to a backup from about an hour before the crash. Overall, it seems like DimensionalDoors save data can be pretty thoroughly corrupted - I'm not sure whether it was just the timing of an outage coming right in the middle of the file IO (not much to do about it in that case other than put this box on my UPS) or if DimensionalDoors save data is just handled in such a way that it does not recover from an unexpected stoppage.
  3. Hi guys, Just updated my week-old 1.2.6 server to 1.2.7b, and for the most part things seem to still be working. I did notice though that when I visited the one mystcraft age we had set up already, the waypoints I had previously set up did not load. I checked my client directory and I still had the file "<ip>.DIM90.points" containing the waypoints, but they weren't loading in. I tried creating a new waypoint in game and it overwrote the file, but upon disconnecting and reconnecting the new waypoint was not loaded in game. Waypoints for the overworld and nether still load without trouble, it seems to just be the mystcraft Age. Anybody else having issues? or know of a fix?
  4. I'm only seeing trouble with that one personally, but I can't really say conclusively that all the others work when I can't use /help to see commands that may have been added by mods with which I'm not yet familiar ETA: Also, just for completeness, I'll reiterate this was with a fresh install of the 1.2.6 server files downloaded from the announcement thread. I'm not using mcpc+ or any other after-market additions at this point.
  5. The /help command specifically fails on a brand new (server) install, stack trace is: 2014-02-21 20:52:22 [iNFO] [sTDERR] java.lang.ClassCastException: codechicken.chunkloader.CommandDebugInfo cannot be cast to net.minecraft.command.CommandBase 2014-02-21 20:52:22 [iNFO] [sTDERR] at StevenDimDoors.mod_pocketDim.commands.DDCommandBase.compareTo(DDCommandBase.java:87) ...
