I updated Java to version 8 build 161. The one time I did have a successful launch and played on my modpack, it was fine. Now I can't get the Technic Launcher to launch. I deleted/uninstalled everything twice. Clean download and install and this is the log produced: (yes this is all of the log). Check out Luke's comprehensive (really it is) modpack tutorial pinned at the top of this forum. If you are using Dropbox, be sure that your modpack is in the public folder. It must be there to direct link. Good Luck!

Just want to say I spent 2 days trying to put together a modpack for my kiddo and I to play. Your instructions were great! Once I threw the laptop (figuratively) took a deep breath, I realized the one, small step I missed. Thank you for taking the time to put the instructions together and putting a modpack.jar where I can find it.. though I think I had a perfectly working one after your directions. Once again, thanks!
