I did remove Damage Indicators

I have followed a couple different steps to make a server and both times when I make it, I launch and the cmd.exe pops up for less than a second and closes. My pack URL: http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/mrfluffypig-pack

I followed your steps for the Creating the server and I still have the problem where the cmd.exe opens for less than a second then closes.

I tried that before it didn't work unless I did it wrong.

I followed the steps it says to do, but when I click launch the command window pops up for less than a second then closes. I don't know how to fix it, I've tried deleting it all and redoing it and it didn't help.
