  1. Hi i Have bin playing hexxit on the recommended 1.0.10 version but every time i try to update it to a 2.0.1 version it auto closes the white window and doesnt launch the game. is there a known fix for this issue? current recommended is the only one closest to most updated that will work for me. Thanks
  2. i herd there is suppose to be a way to play technic with the saved worlds directly from a usb external hardrive. the worlds get pretty bulky in size to be keeping them all on the computer. for my needs i dont need the launcher itself on it only the files and folders for the packs.
  3. last time i was on my world i logged off near my quarry but now it no longer shows up as a playable world. i have am2 1.2 quarry plus and ender io installed. i never got a crash for this because it isnt a crash to begin with. it worked good last time i was on it then today i go to play it and my world just wont show up or even load with mc edit. i really hope the new version of tekkit turns out more stable then this one because this is getting a bit frustrating when every time i go to do something the game either crashes on me or something like this happens were the world is no longer playable.. so if someone has some suggestions that might help then it would be really appreciate the help because i really don't enjoy having to start over all the time. could this particular issue be related to the combo of the quarry in the witchwood because i never had this problem with this quarry before and the silk touch ability for it is really nice to have but more so the pump to remove all liquids and greatly reduce the lag that flowing liquids causes like oil and lava which lava is the worst.
  4. http://pastebin.com/5qNxtRnX http://openeye.openmods.info/crashes/33704ac5b7479e926647e2796ad7e3c9 for some reason this crash doesnt happen every time but it tends to happen when im headed towards the witchwood forest to check my quarry. every time i get back on and get to my quarry after this crash there is usualy 1 chunk next to the quarry that mysteriously regenerates. so far it is only one chunk that does this but lately not only did that happen but the items in all my chests disappear and usualy anything in the chunk gets removed also. this has happened several times and is getting very annoying ad open eye doesnt help narrow it down one bit either. from what i can see it most likely has something to do with this ars magica 2 mod because it only happens on my way to the forest that is from that mod. on the other hand it could have something to do with the quarry itself with efficency 4 and silk at the size of 2 regular quarries but i guess that is what the crash report is for.

  6. lately i noticed 3 slots in the workbench interface on the bottom right side so i put a rune in it and closed the interface. since then i cant open that magician's workbench so i bin avoiding those slots ever since so it doesnt happen again but i still need to remove that locked one and i cant find any way to remove or destroy it. i tried purposly making id conflicts hoping it will remove the item entirely when i re booted the game but that didn't work. instead it said the id conflicts were from something else with an entirely different number then those i changed. i even tried removing it from config but that just made the game un-launchable.. every time i attempt to destroy it even on creative/cheat mode it just re-appears immidiatly after and remains locked shut. i tried to use pipes n such to remove the items out of it but it looks like you cant do that with this workbench. (yes it is upgraded) any suggestions to help me remove it will be appreciated. i really like the spot i have it in but until its fixed it is now useless i do remember posting this before and it wast to long ago but now i cant find it anywere so i posted it agin.
  7. k well im not sure what api url is but i know the pack i added to the game was ars magica 2 version 1.2. as for what you told me is there anything i could do about that crash because i have nothing on my world that even spawns anything except for my long dark tunnels and few holes all underground so they are not visible. that way it doesnt make my world look really bad from starting the quarry right on the surface. also i noticed that the water in particular for this same mod creates really bad lag on its own because there is one particular spot were there is a pretty large area of water customized by the pack (witchwood forest) and everytime i go near it then i get lots of lag so i could use a solution to remove the water color alteration from that mod also.
  8. reciently i tried to purposly create an id conflict so the game would remove the workbenches for me so i can just re make them and avoid the 3 slots but so far that isnt working either so they are all still there. i just need to find a way to completly remove it from the game then log in and play then place it back in game then re-boot so i can replace them. i also tried removing it from config folder entirely but all that did was make the game un-playable so i just put them back. i really have no idea what else i can do to remove it or at least all the items in it which is just a few ingots and a rune i put in a buggy slot. the spot i have the workbench in is a really good spot but now i cant use it until i find a way to either destroy or empty it. someone must know something about this bug that i was not aware of at the time.
  9. help strangely enough i put an item in one of the 3 slots at right side of interface for it then closed it and now i cant open it back up or even destroy it. i tried using pipes to pull the items out of it but nothing seems to be working i even tried destroying it in creative but it keeps re-appearing very shortly after and still stuck closed.. :(
  10. nvm i finaly found a video for it. they just changed the system a bit and now use flicker habitat instead of stands to hold them. i see flickers now and them randomly so i know they are spawning :)
  11. im pretty sure this is the latest version for 1.6.4 but for some reason it doesnt have the sigil stand thus making all sigils useless... i have all the stones just not the stand. i even checked the config files and searched for it and i cant find it there either so it cant be an id conflict. looks like its just missing all together. is there any newer versions that have it for 1.6.4? i was pretty sure this was the latest version.

  15. ah well i cant wait till that new one there working on gets released but for the time being i like 1.6.4 and give me a good idea of what its like to use this ars magica since its all new to me. anyways looks like everything is finally working properly and no more crashes yet so it definitly fixed. not only that but since i updated to latest version the game appears to be running smoother with a lot less lag then before when im close to witchwood forests. thanks for all the help takes time to understand what kind of posts go were and the game is much more enjoyable. hopefully i dont run into any more problems
