  1. I already fixed it! The problem is that Technic isn't supported with 1.8.0_20 so you just have to deinstall your Java! You should have Java 1.6.0_65 then and that worked me. To deinstall your current Java version type the following code in your Terminal: sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachinesĀ/*.jdk sudo rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/*.jdk sudo rm -rf /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin sudo rm -rf /Library/PreferencePanes/JavaControlPaneĀl.prefpane You can find older Java versions here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html Have fun with playing Tekkit! - gluecksfee
  2. Hello dear Community. I'm having a big problem playing Tekkit on my iMac since I reset it some days before. Since the reset I can't start up Tekkit Lite (or any other Modpacks from the Technic Launcher). I could play Tekkit Lite with some friends before the reset on my own vServer. As I remember I didn't modify anything to make Tekkit work on my Mac and the OS should be still on the same version (10.9.4). I also have Java installed: java version "1.8.0_20" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_20-b26) I hope my Topic is in the right category, if not I'm really sorry! I would really love to play Tekkit Lite again with my friends because we already built up a big system on my Server. It would be a shame if we couldn't go on! Thanks for any help! - gluecksfee
