I have recently added Thermal Expansion to my custom modpack server. I have made sure to use the same JAR for both the client and the server. Whenever I try to join though, it gives me an error stating that ThermalFoundation and Thermal Expansion were rejected. I am unsure of why this is happening. I have tried reinstalling the mods on both server and client side and I have not found a way to fix it.

Fixed what was wrong. I discovered that the modpack.jar was renaming itself modpack.jar.jar

I have recently tried to create a modpack for my server. I have created a ZIP file with a minecraft forge universal jar renamed modpack.jar inside of the bin directory. When I try to launch the modpack, Forge does not appear to load... I have tried reinstalling forge for the modpack and the issue still persists. Here is a link to the modpack.zip that I have created.
