Technic has an official guide for making a modpack. It's basically just a few mods zipped up and uploaded somewhere with a direct download link then added to Technic. Google this Technic: How to make a modpack And it'll be one of the first results. Good luck with your modpack bro.

I don't mind lending a hand with the wiki. Technic brought my server where it is today, and where the network is going to be a few years from now.
