If this is your first suspension, you may remove the suspension by visiting your account page.- The Dropbox Team what should i do now? i removed it before, this time it doesn't allow me remove the ban. any idea? any help???

i tried to attend download url for my modpack, but when i enter it in the modpack location box, it says " The Modpack Location you entered is not a valid location. " what is this?! url is https://volafile.io/get/EYxeDN4sHY3-/texkit-1112-1.0.1a.zip is it kidding with me? it is not even available the download site(dropbox) that technic platform said in the guide "How to make a Minecraft modpack"! Then i found another working site for download the modpack, your platform doesn't allow me to enter the URL! what should i do?????????????
