You didn't allocate a lot of ram most likely or you don't have enough to run it properly also if it is not port forwarded network issues are known to happen if you don't portfoward port 25565. I don't think port forwarding is the issue. I recommend when running the server don't play any games I've had a problem while testing my private server where this problem occurred so I grabbed my second computer and WOW no errors except for 1 error plugin wise I had problems while making my server hope your problem is solved
