Turns out rivatuner statistics server was launcing as 32-bit java at the same time and causing some issues, i think. Either way, closing that program fixed the issue

This has probably already been solved but it's 4 am and I've been on google for about an hour already, installing and uninstalling java countless times. The launcher does nothing but produce a crash log when executed with java 64-bit installed, works with java-32 bit. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
