I have downloaded the technic launcher (both .exe and .jar files) multiple times. I have run the program as an admin. I have updated java 7 and java 8 (64 bit) . I am running windows 10. I have waited 20 minuets. But the Technic launcher does not even open (nothing). please help or ask more questions. cheers, Goanna
