Localise

My Technic Launcher doesn't work as I want to. When I start my Launcher nothing is wrong but, if I want to start a game (Crafting Dead) It will start loading and it stops by Installing minecraft Assets. It looks like its starting up but its not. Pls someone help me :s Thankyou!
