George replied to MaIice's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Don't just say 'plz need help', post some more information. We need what plugins you are using, your current permissions files. -
The ComputerCraft forums host a large array of programs and and tutorials for pretty much everything. Go check that out.

It's also a Hamachi server, and therefore impossible to join until you give us the details for your service (or whatever it's called).

Edit the file to assign a different amount of RAM. Edit server.properties and put the seed where it says seed= You'll have to delete your current world of course.
-
Yes, that would be what I was implying in my previous post.

Make sure the server is being forcefully saved by typing save-all in the console.

Don't know how to save tekkit server. Please Help!!
George replied to Personwhoplays's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
You only need to type save-all once, as long as you wait until the save complete message before typing stop. -

By running op [buildcraft] in the console.
-
Make sure you're not putting it on a protected spawn, and do op [buildcraft]

Is 256MB of dedicated RAM good for a 2 man server?
George replied to thebalrogking's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
I would always use a minimum of 1GB of RAM for Tekkit. -
I have an Ubuntu Server, so I don't know if it's much different to Suse or not.
