Does anyone know why my server says end of stream

Would not allocating enough space make my server say end of stream I know it's not outdated

I would be so happy if someone would answer

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure if I have put enough space for it but it won't run if I try to give it more

I've tried starting a server and I've got the port and everything set up for 1.3.2 But it says end of stream

I have decided that because I am new to this site and can not ask questions this is where I have to go toast them

There a some who would really be happy to receive an answer
