Hi. I also had the same problem and heard that it was possible to fix this by changing the computers language to english but I couldn't do that so I searched an another way. The issue shows itself like this "26 20:17:38 [WARNING] [Minecraft-Client] TextureManager.createTexture called for file mods/thermalexpansion/textures/items/İngotSilver.png" as you can see the items name is not right and therefore the item has not a visual on the game so I get the mod out of the jar or rar to a normal file thats named as mods and changed the items name to the searched version, now it works. I know it will take time to make this change for all the items but If there is any other solution I would love to try that too.
