We believe in offering as many choices as possible without restricting gameplay. If your a griefer, raider, like to pvp, or pve, or build stuff in peace, or join a faction and town and conquer your enemies. All of that and more is possible on APOC. APOC hosts over 26 minecraft servers and grows more everyday. So even if you get bored with one server we have plenty more to offer afterwards. Meet friends and play together across our vast minecraft network. Our 1.7.10 network is interconnected. You can speak to staff and players across all of our 1.7.10 servers. So even if there is not a staff member on your server there is always one available across the network to help. Gameplay Types on APOC: Protected Building: Building on our Sanctuary world gives you a griefing, raiding, and pvping free world to make your creations on. Griefing & Raiding: ALL worlds besides Sanctuary, Towny, and Creative are griefing and raiding allowed. Exploring: Go to our Resource world to checkout all of the dungeons our server has to offer. Mining: Resource world is reset monthly to make sure everyone has plenty of ores and resources to harvest. This also makes sure dungeons are fresh and ready to conquer. Survival: All of our worlds but Creative are survival based worlds. Factions: Want to be a part of something bigger? Join a faction with friends and declare war on your enemies in the Factions world. Griefing, Raiding, PVP, ETC are all allowed here. Role Playing: With our custom APOC-RPG plugin, MCMMO, And RPG mods on APOC you have custom gear, mob drops, dungeon spawns, upgradeable effects and auras, skills, and so much more! Economy: Do you like being a merchant? Our server rewards for everything. And we do mean everything! Mining, Killing players or mobs, digging, crafting, enchanting, repairing, smelting, voting, even being online you get rewarded for. With the money from these rewards you can rent or purchase a spawn shop plot and build your own customized store with items you choose with prices you choose. Economy can also be used to trade, buy items at admin shops and player shops, buy claimblocks to claim and protect more land, buy protections for doors, chests, etc. And even fund your faction in its war efforts by controlling more land. Worlds & Information: Spawn: This is our spawn world, we have rules, information, mini-games, admin shops, buyable player shops, etc here for all players to use and access. Resource: This is our mining and exploration world. There is no protections here. Claiming land by personal or faction means is not possible and pvp, griefing, raiding is allowed. Dungeons spawn here and the world is reset monthly to ensure a fresh amount of resources and dungeons are available to players. Sanctuary: This world is the most protected world on our server. You can build what you want and play how you want without worrying about pvp, griefing, or raiding. Factions: As the name suggests this world is for factions only. You can wage war on other factions, claim land, take over land, grief, raid, pvp, etc. Modded Worlds: These worlds are from mods such as GC Moon/Mars, Underdark, Twilight Forest, ETC.   5. Whenever I go search a modpack or something, nothing pops up. I searched this Oh Gaming and nothing popped up. I searched something simple Survival and nothing. I went on the website and found the Frozen modpack. I copied that thingy and pasted it and nothing. So I searched Frozen and nothing. I closed the launcher and reopened it but still nothing. I don't understand. I will list the things I did to try and solve it. 1. Update my Java. But I already had the latest version. 2. I closed and reopened the Launcher. 3. I turned my computer off and back on. 4. I turned my internet off and then back on. 5. And last but not least, I ran it as an administrator.
  6. I recently created a modpack with a hidden link. As of March 2017, dropbox does not allow the creation of public folders with a free account. As a result, I cannot download my modpack in the launcher. However, after a failed download, the technic launcher creates a directory for the modpack - in which i can unzip the file downloaded manually using the dropbox link. After i do this and go into the lancher, I cannot press play and start playing the mod, the button still says install. I guess what I am asking is - Is there any way to manually install a modpack?

  8. Hello Technic-Community I got a very strange problem with my modpack. I created a modpack with some mods inside, for example IC2, Buildcraft, Wasteland and Project Red with the MrTJPCore. The Problem is, everytime, I startup the modpack, the MrTJPCore gets deleted and I don't know why. I spectated it, during the startup of my modpack, and all of a sudden, the core wasn't there anymore. Anybody can help me? I would very appreciate it. Greetings TheSIPsycho

I'm able to load up FTO (Fossil Tech Online) and attempt to connect to Ultra Dino (the server the pack comes with) and it gives me the "Failed to connect to server: The authentication are currently down for maintenance" error. Researching online, some others have this problem, but never found a fix. There is no crashing involved, so no log is available. It can't be serverside either because I see usually around 50/80 players online, and it changes every now and then.
  10. Hello, I need urgent help with this error. I have been playing without any problems for the past month, on the modpack: Pixelspark - Pixelmon https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/captainsparklez-survival-pack.15977 The pack recently required an update, and usually with this pack, updates do not work for some reason so I just uninstall then reinstall the up to date version. Today I uninstalled and could not install back as the launcher failed to begin installing and showed this message: "Error unzipping a file for the following pack: PixelSpark - Pixelmon Attempting to extract file captainsparklez-survival-pack-4.2.7.1.zip, but it did not exist. Please consult the modpack author." It also created the folders needed but they are all empty. I have so far tried, Downloading the server files from the link instead of the launcher itself. (The files did not match the default files created by the launcher so I was very lost. Changing the Pixelspark.jar file to a zipped file and putting into both the bin folder, and the mods folder of the directory the launcher created. I have thought to try renaming the Pixelspark.jar into captainsparklez-survival-pack-4.2.7.1.zip but this has created some trouble for me. If this would solve my issue please let me know and possibly clear it up a little. If anyone could get back to me as soon as possible with some resolutions that would be great! Thanks. EDIT: I have also thought to entirely delete the launcher and start from square one again, but I can not find it in the uninstall browser. Would just deleting the files work?

[ In "Never Bored Again" you can do anything from making factories using the machinery in Minefactory Reloaded and ComputerCraft, or you can tinker with the power armor from Modular Powersuits, and even morph into creatures or other players that you've bested in battle! You can make secret rooms in your house using the SecretRooms mod, and OpenBlocks! Either delve into magic with Ars Magica and Witchery, or go straight to the steel with Tinker's Construct! This modpack truely has no limits to the possibilities, and thanks to Carpenter's Blocks, you can also build to your heart's desires!   12. My modpack used to download just fine but it seems to have stopped working recently. I used a direct link and made sure that I set everything up correctly, but whenever I try to download it the percentage bar goes into the negatives. Does anyone know why this might be happening? EDIT: It turns out that if you leave the download on for a while, the pack will eventually download. But it still shows a negative percentage, and i’m sure that has driven some users away from the pack because they thought it was broken. So does anyone know why the download bar is showing a big negative percentage?

Hi so i dont know if this is the right place for this but, i made a custom mod pack which is a mix between tekkit and hexxit (never made a mod pack before), and it loads them in phase 1/7 saying "constructing mods" in the mojang screen but as soon as it goes to 2/7 it says "initializing mods phase 1" and crashes with no error message. The modpack is named "NRHS Mod pack" in minecraft version 1.7.10, Idk what to do from here so if someone could figure out why it keeps crashing and comment why i would be soooooo grateful.   14. I have an old minecraft modpack which I want to send to technic. After sent it to technic , I had this error: Error extracting a file for the modpack . The modpack is on 1.4.7. I don't know if on this version has something different. I've created all the 3 main folders (bin, mods, config ) and putted the forge with the name modpack .jar on bin. After sent it to a . zip file, I've sent it to dropbox . Please help me !

  16. So I've built my own pack, followed all the instructions I can to make this work and it just.. won't.   17. Hey, I've been struggling to play Pixelmon for 4 days now. Unfortunately I can't run it. There's no errors or something during downloading or even launching, but when the launcher wants to run Minecraft it automatically turns back to it. Not even a flash of Minecraft's screen, etc. Then I thought, maybe it's modpack issue or something, so I decided to download and launch first modpack on the list which is "Attack of the B-Team". And, surprise, it doesn't work as well... I checked log of my "launching"... It says that I have 512MB RAM assigned for it... But I have assigned 4 GB in launcher's options... Is there any way to change it manually? I have a Windows 7 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, I have tried a lot of different tips (including re-downloading, changing RAM, changing JAVA version, etc.) I don't know what else can I do... I'm fed up with this issue and I hope someone can help me... If it will help, I played Pixelmon long time ago (about an year I think?) on this PC and then there was no problem.

    So basically, after a new update came to PixelSpark the modpack hasn't been able to load on my technic launcher. It has 3gb of RAM allocated and its on Java System 64-bit. Basically what will happen is, I click "Play" on the launcher and then it will start up minecraft. Then after a while it will go to a black screen and close. Then the technic launcher will open up again. This is really frustrating considering I don't understand computers and coding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   19. Hey Guys, I have a little problem with my custom modpack. When I try to download it from the Launcher, it says: Attemping to extract file alexzanpack-1.0.zip but it did not exist.   20. Hi, I wanted to make a modpack for my friends and I to play on. It's similar to the 1.7.10 pack but with some extra stuff, so I figured it should be pretty easy. i'm hosting the files off my home server, and I've confirmed that my server's not down - you can download the ZIP file for the modpack through HTTP in a web browser, however in the technic launcher the download hangs at -2147483648%. [here's a screencap] does anyone know what's causing this or how to fix it? My guess would be that it's my server, though i've tried multiple hosting methods thanks! also, ignore the name of the modpack, I'd made like 4 different ones to confirm that it wasn't an issue with my config or something and had run out of ideas. edit: i forgot to mention that eventually you get "error downloading a file for the following pack {pack name} failed to download {the location of the file on my home server} please consult the modpack author."

  22. Hello everybody, I have been trying to set up a modpack for me and a few friends and in doing so, have come into a plethora of problems. The latest of which being that my modpack will load into 1.7.10 Vanilla minecraft, where as I need it to load into Forge 1.7.10 for it to be a modpack.   24. Hi everyone! First forum post, here goes. So I've just created my first Modpack! I'm having an issue where, having made it and uploaded it, I download it from Technic Launcher and start it up. Initially it goes well, Minecraft opens in 1.6.4 as I had intended. But the game doesn't actually load up with any mods, despite the fact that there are loads in the pack (well, actually not loads, maybe ten or so). I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this. I've left a link to the pack's page and a link to the download (basically so people can see what I've done and tell me where I've gone wrong lol). I've also described what I did below in case it makes any difference. Modpack: https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/to-the-moon-or-bust-copy.1067411 Modpack location: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2rgovwj5m8qz8p8/Making the Modpack.zip?dl=1 I created a new directory for minecraft to run in, and installed Forge Installer in it (for 1.6.4, the intended version to be played with). I also made a folder with three subfolders inside it, bin, mods, and config, which is the second link. I installed Forge Universal for 1.6.4 in the bin file and renamed it modpack.jar Next I, in turn, downloaded each mod that I wanted one by one in 1.6.4, put it in the mods folder in the Forge Game Directory, ran it, copied the config files from the Forge Game Directory to the Modpack config Subfolder, and moved the mod from the Forge Game Directory to the Modpack mods Subfolder. I repeated this with every mod I wanted until it was all done. After this I compressed it into a zip file and uploaded it to dropbox, and then changed the end of the dropbox sharing link to =1 not =0. I then put in the settings of the new modpack, putting the link in and selecting 1.6.4 Yeah that's what happened. I'd be super grateful if anyone could help me? Obviously I'm really really new to all of this and this was my first time, so there's probably something obvious I've missed, but yeah, let me know! UPDATE: In the time writing this, I tried deleting the pack from my launcher and installing it again. I installed it, but for some reason the install button shows instead of the play button next to the delete modpack button. I press install again, and within seconds it just goes back to the same problem, no play, just install. Anyone able to help me out? Further update: Disregard the UPDATE - turns out I was being an idiot and I was trying to load it whilst I had it open. Still got original issue though
  25. I have been trying to set up a modpack for me and my friends to play on. I set everything up which (to my knowledge of how to do this) appears to be done correctly. The pack installs fine.
