I've never touched tekkit, but im aware that people usually have AVG or other antivirus programs that hinder the download. You didnt tell us what antivirus you use...

try going into your %appdata%\.techniclauncher\tekkit\bin directory and deleting the "natives" folder. then re-run the launcher and it should redownload those files. that might fix your issue.
Kind of fixed now, I just won't touch the controls anymore. Thanks for the quick responses though, thought I would be waiting over a day to get a reply.
