   Description of Problem:
   When ever i try to launch Tekkit, i get this message:
   "Application has failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)"
   What could i do that may fix this problem?

   Moderation in moderation

   Install the .NET Framework, version 2 at least, but probably 3.5 as well - that's the most common, if not the only, cause of this error.
