NEI isn't working for me! Anyone else having this problem? PLEASE HELP!!

NEI, Is not working for me. Anyone else having this problem? It shows up, but there is no Time Day, Night, ETC buttons. All of the others appear though. It looks like Too Many Items a few updates back... Although it appears I cannot click on any of the button blocks to put into my inventory. I mean as in every single block/item I cannot take it out of NEI. So, I changed over to Tekkit to see if it would change anything, well, it did. The entire GUI showed up, and all of the buttons worked. So is it just a problem with Technicssp? Does this mod only work on Tekkit? Or, possibly is there a config file I need to edit?
Yes, I have tried to install TooManyItems 1.1 Instead of NEI, that did not work either.
Please help so I can continue to enjoy my favorite mod!

First off there is a link stickied to the top section of the forum called: NEI COMMON PROBLEMS AND FIXES. Look at the signal words all in caps, NEI, COMMON, PROBLEMS, FIXES. And it was regarded important enough to be stickied, could it hold the answers to your problems? answer: YES!!!

Secondly there is a search button, if it is a problem you are probably never the first one here to encounter and post 'bout it, especialy if you are new. IF you used the search button you would have seen that there are millions who have whined about this exact same problem and have been flamed to death by both user and mods alike and the aforementioned stickied thread. So if you used that matter inside your head(in your case probably sawdust) you wouldn't have been so stupid as to post about this.

Thirds to confirm you haven't read the rules and are a total case of Derpicus Noobicus Retardicus(which is the official biological name for poeple like you, many other common names exist too), you signed your post. Poeple here tend to dislike poeple who do that.

Fourth you went as far as making four posts about the same problem, which is a bad thing in itself. Add to that the aforementioned points and it's probably going to be a one way trip to the pink name jail.

I hope this will explain why you will probably be banned from posting for a few days as soon as a mod stumbles upon this post.
