Tekkit Classic REther Pearl and Philosopher Stone have same recipe?

I don't use EE for philosophical reasons, but I noticed that these 2 items have the exact same recipe. How does this work out without a CT3 on servers with EE enabled?

simple, they dont.

In the middle of the rether pearl you uses ender pearls, in the case of the "P-stone" as some says, you uses a diamond.

The recipe may look the same but is different, the REther Pear takes a ender peral in the middle and the Philosopher Stone takes a diamond in the middle.
