Tekkit Classic Server launching problem

Problem:

Yes, i did read other topics. Yes my folder is named TEKKIT, yes i added Xms512M, yes i tried to download that l_2 thing in one of the sticky posts, link doesn`t work. I have latest Java update, i`m running windows XP with 3 GB ram, i think it should be enough to launch server for 2 people.

And yes, i can`t really understand LOG, because it seems like none of the mods are working correctly. If anyone have a solution, please answer this post without sarcasm.
