Tekit 3.0.3 craft bug

Hi all the tekkit 3.0.3 servers i play on it wont let people craft mod items after a while help

way to fix:sometimes restarting the server helps
plz fix it

Ich have the exact same problem. Recipes that were not working:

Ruby-Tools
Treetap
Copper-Cable

After a restart they work again but Im not sure for how long...

Edit: Seems to occur after I use /reload ingame.

it happens when the server is reloaded, there might be another cause i'm not 100% sure
