I'm German and I don't understand everything of the Tracker rules, but the most. I've read the rules more times but I don't know wahts's wrong! If you have an issue / error / crash on a Technic pack then you post your issue / error / crash on the Tracker. The Tracker is the Bug Reports section. The Bug Reports section is the Tracker.
