It can be found here: http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/tc2-beta-3-0a http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/tc2-beta-3-0a.605999 This is the error that I keep getting: '> I've already checked my dropbox link and I know that it works fine. The launcher doesn't even attempt to download the file though. It just immediately tries to unzip the file ... that it doesn't have.
