My generator duped?

I was placing down my machines (centrifuge extractor,rotary macerater,singularity compressor,induction furnace,canning machine,x4 electric furnaces and a mv charging bench) when i used an omniwrench to remove the singularity compressor and placed a generator down and the singularity compressor on top. following that i got a internal server error (i was playing on my server) i found all my machines placed down apart from the singularity compressor (in my inventory but the generator was placed down AND i had one in my inventory its not a ghost block both work fine so now i have 2 generators instead of one.....
