ModPack won't start on another pc.

Good Morning, 

I have create this ModPack http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/pokeworldita and I have some problem. (Sorry for English, isn't my language.)

I have try to download it on my pc and on my notebook and is all ok, it work fine. But my girlfriend try to download it, and the client don't open, it return on Launcher screen without error report.

I don't really understand the problem, because on 2 pc it work, and on her no.

This is a ModPack for a server, and I don't want problem with the players.

What version of java does she have? How much ram has she allocated to the launcher? Ask her to pastebin a crashlog.

She have allocated 4 Gb, Java is 7.

Where can find the crashlog?

Look in here:  

 

 C:\Users\(her username)\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\pokeworldita\crash-reports

use pastebin to post what is in the most recent crash report.

There isn't "Crash Reports".

I see now she haven't all file, She have try to download again but nothing.

Pastebin the newest file in Logs then.

Hmmm.. your modpack works for me.

Ask her to update Java to the latest 64 bit version of Java 8 and try it again.

We have try to install Java 8, and nothing. Now i try to install forge on normal minecraft, and don't launch. The problem is the forge, i think. Or windows 8? 

 

On minecraft (Just with forge, without mod) said this:

Problem resolve, I have downgrade forge on her pc and it works.
