It's poor manners to ask for help and then not provide any information that could make it easier to do so. Makes it take longer for the people trying to assist because they have to spend a lot of time guessing. As for your problem, are you running the .exe or the .jar? What operating system are you on? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit, and does your version of Java match it? Is your Java up to date? That info could be the difference between guessing and knowing the answer.
