Visual glitch problems

this is what im seeing right now, in both version 1.3 and version 1.4

and now its even worse then before its now all static bars you see on broken tvs that are on

how do you know if the modpack dev will visit this forum?

The smarter way would be to contact him directly on the Modpack page
