All Mods are listed as "offline"

Hello!!

 

Today, suddenly, all of my mods are labeled "offline" in the little red box. Vanilla will play but other mods crash quickly with varying error messages (typically regarding java memory). 

 

I am finding a lot of differing opinions of how to fix this online. I have tried:

- Turning the computer off and on again (thanks IT Crowd)

- Clearing browsing data (and restarting)

- Uninstalling and reinstalling Java (and restarting after each)

- Confirmed Java is allowed through my firewall

- Currently running a full virus/malware scan on the computer

 

I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer!
