Modpack not loading mods, vanilla

Recently started creating modpacks again for friends servers

Did they change how you make modpacks now? The one I just made seems to download fine, but when you launch it it loads vanilla minecraft with no mods or forge

ah, a classic case of modpack.jar.jar in the bin folder. Remove the trailing .jar (it should be just "modpack").
