Forge multipart duplicates

What the title says, So I am compiling some mods in a forge modpack and I'm getting an error that there are two forge multiparts even when I delete one of them (I needed a newer version than it was creating in the first place) It comes back after launching it again. I know what is creating this error, but do not know how to fix it. It's Mekanism, I read it online and when I try to get rid of it, it works. But, I really don't want to get rid of Mekanism, is there any way to fix this? 

Ps. Im running mc 1.7.10 and forge version 1614 if you need it
