I've been trying to get the technic launcher installed but the download never even starts. I did a clean install and made sure I have Java version 8 update 161. I have disabled my avast antivirus and windows firewall. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft. I'm just trying to play some galacticcraft with some friends. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a screen cap of how far my "download" gets.
