You do know the unique rules around the electrolyzer right? Water Cells are electrolyzed when the attached power storage device exceeds 75% charge at the cost of 15k per cell Electrolyzed Water Cells are discharged back in to regular water cells when the attached power storage device drops below 25% charge at the rate of 13.5k TL;DR If the MFSU doesn't have more than 7.5 mil in EU the electrolyzer won't charge cells Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
