ThisIsSparta
Hi, Whenever i try to link my vps' solder installation to my technic account it comes up with the same error: There was a problem validating your Solder URL. Make sure you to include a trailing slash. Make sure to include 'api/' at the end of your URL. I have tried these urls, both point to the same place. http://77.207.143.176:17969/TechnicSolder/public/index.php/api/ http://breakaway-minecraft.uk.to/TechnicSolder/public/index.php/api/ As you can see they both return (what looks like) a valid api link The key is right. Thanks, Oscar
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 19, 2014 Discord Moderator Share Posted August 19, 2014 Those both appear to be valid Solder API links. Mine looks the same.
ThisIsSparta
Thats what i thought but it still says 'There was a problem validating your Solder URL. Make sure you to include a trailing slash. Make sure to include 'api/' at the end of your URL.'. Is this a technicplatform glitch?
ThisIsSparta
Ok, I changed the document root and stuff so the new urls are http://77.207.143.176:17969/index.php/api/ http://breakawayminecraft.uk.to/index.php/api/ But it still isn't working... EDIT: Set back to before Edited August 23, 2014 by ThisIsSparta
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 22, 2014 Discord Moderator Share Posted August 22, 2014 Are you correctly putting the API KEY from your Configure Solder API page into the solder.php config file?
ThisIsSparta
Yes, My VPS was weird for a while but it;s fixed now and is still not working. URLs changed to http://breakawaymodpack.stark-network.fr:17969/public/index.php/api/ http://77.207.143.176:17969/public/index.php/api/ http://breakawayminecraft.uk.to/public/index.php/api/ Edited August 23, 2014 by ThisIsSparta
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 23, 2014 Discord Moderator Share Posted August 23, 2014 Just as a test, I set up a new installation of Solder and linked it to a different account I had. Everything worked as expected. Your links looks correct and are returning the correct information. Not sure what else to suggest.
ThisIsSparta
Very weird. Is it to do with using custom ports?
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 26, 2014 Discord Moderator Share Posted August 26, 2014 I wouldn't think that would matter

Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 28, 2014 Discord Moderator Share Posted August 28, 2014 While 1% packet loss isn't great, it shouldn't be enough to cause a problem like that.
ThisIsSparta
Reinstalled. Haven't modified it. Still not working. I occasionally get 'Module 'mysql' already loaded'. Is that relevant?
ThisIsSparta
What. It just suddenly started working. Thank you anyway!
FCPWiz
What. It just suddenly started working. Thank you anyway! Hi, I'm having the EXACT same error as you were getting. What does your link look like that ended up working? Edited September 28, 2014 by FCPWiz
