Error Downloading Boltcraft Original

Reproduction Rate: 10/10 Every time 

Steps To Reproduce :

Launched Technic Launcher 

Selected Boltcraft Original

Pressed Play 

Try's to download the modpack 5-6 times 

An error box shows up

Says that it was unable to download the mod pack and tells me to consult the modpack author(i am the modpack owner)

 

 

Expected Result: The Modpack downloads and starts minecraft

Observed Result: It Redownloads it 5-6 times and and error box appears after
