I introduce to you, Runescape in Minecraft!!! Now this is not going to be an easy journey, you will have to grind just like in most all mmorpgs.


 
There is over 25 skills to master and level up, there is a 1 of a kind economy system with merchants! The list goes on and on.


 
Best of all, you are able to do all this on a dedicated server where you can join your friends or even enemies! Yes, there is pvp, it will not be easy but I promise you this.... It will be challenging, which lets face, Minecraft is no challenge.

Server is doing great!

No he does not have any proof of that claim.... there is spawn protection,  so unsure why you are saying there isn't. From the sounds of it, it looks like you dont like competition. Which I am sad to say, this is Minecraft. There will always be someone that can do the same thing you are doing but better. Also, I have only allocated 2 staff members to this server as my others are all on my Pixelmon server. So I know for a fact no one staff related went on your server and advertised, might I suggest a anti advertising plugin?
