Description of Problem:

Every time I play minecraft/Tekkit, it sets my RAM to a maximum 247MB. Due to this bug I can't play Tekkit without laggspikes.

I tried to change runtime parameters, change settings in launcher and I tried to start as administator.

Help would be appriciated
