This is by far the best server I have ever had the pleasure of playing on.
It's not easy mode, It's not Pay2Win. It's challenging to get established, it has a good currency mode and a very active and consistently improving server owner.
Join the server, and give it more than a few minutes and you will see how beneficial this server is to the longevity of Tekkit.

What about Filler? Mark the area with land marks, select the mode you want it to work in & supply it with power and blocks.

If you need a lot of ender pearls you can always make a "Minium Stone" and convert iron ingots into pearls http://wiki.technicpack.net/Minium_Stone

The easiest and cheapest way would be with itemducts I guess? (Don't forget to use the pneumatic servo at the extraction block)

F9 (Press it few times till it's gone). Those walls/lines display chunks and some other things.

After you press "E", press "O" (not zero) and it'll be toggled back on.
