You are 4 updates behind me on the java, I have 7 update 25. Just to be sure, try updating to the latest java (which is update 45 today). Backup any saves you may have and delete the .technic folder inside %appdata% -> Roaming This will force the launcher to redownload everything, it may be that some file is missing. Before you start the launcher be sure to right click on it and choose on the drop-down menu "Run as admin".

Do you have any antivirus installed? Which one? Do you have a firewall installed? Please find out what java you have, google to find out.

Unknown character? Did you fiddle with the configs lately? Backup your save and delete the Hexxit folder. When you choose to play Hexxit this time it will redownload everything, that should fix it.

Did you buy minecraft from Mojang.com? If you did, try the vanilla launcher from mojang, if you can log in there, use the same username and password on technic launcher.

Did you PM one of the staff? Things might move faster that way... Or tweet them this thread. It's the holidays, so I wouldn't be surprised if the staff is celebrating and stuff moves a bit slow until after new year... I wonder how long it will take before the first bug reports with "Technic is a malware!" rolls in... it has happened before, it will happen again.

I can't read error logs, but I see a bunch of "Could not locate symbol..." spamming. Which tells me data is missing. Delete the .technic folder and click the launcher so it will force reinstall everything. Tell me if that worked...

If you are playing on a server you may wanna ask the server admin for help.

You need to install the Mavericks update for your OSX. Or switch to fullscreen, if you are lazy.

Did you try right clicking the launcher icon and choose "Run as admin" before you start it? That's one fix mentioned from Common Problems sticky.

Do you have any antivirus or firewall installed? There's a few antivirus programs that are known to cause this issue. Please read this LINK. I just realized that this thread is in the wrong place, it should've been in the technic launcher bug section. Maybe a kind mod will move it?

That error log looks suspicious. Are you sure you downloaded the technic launcher from technicpack.net? There has been reports of users in the past downloading some shady shit from somewhere else. http://www.technicpack.net/download <-- That is the download site. If you went to a different address you did NOT download technic launcher from Technic.

I don't think you can... I think you have to use that gold until it runs out and the cobalt comes out the drainery next. I figured that I had to build several smelters, each for every metal I want, so I wont have this kind of problem.

Please read the Title and the small text beneath it. Your topic is about Tekkit Lite. That is not a custom modpack. I would have pointed you in the modpack bug section, but since you stated "server" on your title I don't really know. Maybe Server OP Swap Shop? But you have to explain better about your problem on your post, this is very low effort on your behalf.
