  1. stop being a crybabby and actually give me information that I require. I asked what modpacks. Answer
  2. firewolf, are you using awesomedog's computer? If not, don't post on this report. awesomedog, post your log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  3. I'm not the one who couldn't arse to read the descriptions of a section before posting. You made the assumption that a forum moderator needs to guide and hug new users. That may be true for many forums, but not this one. I'm not your mother nor your caretaker. It would have taken you less than a minute to understand what goes where on this forum. I find it a bit insulting that you didn't bother to take that minute.
  4. the JavaLegacyFixer file fixes that. Google it and put it inside the mods folder of the modpack you want to play
  5. I bid you farewell and good luck in your adventures to "friendlier" forums where moderators help people with reading problems.
  6. Moderators moderate. Kindergarden nannies are helpful. "I'm new" is a terrible excuse. You have a brain and two eyes (I assume you have two?) and we have texts beneath the section titles explaining what the sections are about. You chose to ignore it. We have a section dedicated for Server discussion. I'll delete this thread in your favour if you can manage to find the right one
  7. I could merge the two threads.... but I can't predict what a mess that would create...
  8. can you explain to me why you're posting this on Tekkit Discussion. Where does it say that we discuss custom packs or server hosting here?
  9. [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Unable to launch [INFO] java.util.ConcurrentModificationException I should have guessed this. Report any modpack(s) that is giving you this error line, they should have been fixed by the modpack author(s) months ago. this is an error with your java and the modpacks Forge. It is easily fixable by googling JavaLegacyFixer by LexManos, but the modpack authors should have included this in their packs themselves
  10. post the log then logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  11. take it up with the people who created these unofficial packs. Bug Reports section is for issues with Technic modpacks
  12. what java do you have? have you tried right-clicking the launcher and choose the "Run as Admin" option?
  13. delete that huge wall of text and use a pastebin site instead. You also didn't post the full crash log here. post the Technic log instead logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  14. did you read this pinned thread? http://forums.technicpack.net/topic/60459-track-tekkit-issues/
  15. post the log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  16. Google JavaLegacyFixer from LexManos. Put the file inside the mods folder of the modpack
  17. I didn't say you couldn't post on this forum, that's fine. I said this topic, your custom pack, does not belong in Bug Reports. Technic is not held responsible for other peoples packs. Or FTB packs. Only Technic modpacks made by Technic team are brought up in Bug Reports section if they fail to load. Here in Platform Pagoda you can freely discuss about custom packs, as your own
  18. stop being a butthurt baby boy. post the log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  19. what modpacks?
  20. [ForgeModLoader] Unable to launch [INFO] java.util.ConcurrentModificationException Google LexManos's JavaLegacyFixer, put the file inside the mods folder of your modpack
  21. this didn't belong in Bug Reports. Technic is not responsible if your own pack doesn't work
  22. post the log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
  23. there's a good reason for why it's kept "in the dark". Posting updates are annoying as people start whining. "you sed it wuz guna be next week! Dat wuz too weeks ago! Weres da fhuking pack ya wankers!? Technic will never post when modpack updates. Pack updates happens as mods are updated, simple as that. If you don't want to play an "outdated" pack in 1.6.4 MC (I fail to see what HUGE improvements Mojang is capable of...) then Platform is your treat, filled to the brim with thousands of user-created packs, many of which are in 1.7x
  24. <poof!> and the sigh-posts were gone!
