    How do I put this with out ranting to hard?

    Well the server was grief ed. Causing massive amounts of damage. Of what was lost was my start on the server which included

    6x level 1 energy condenser

    1x level 1 relay

    1x trans tab

    1x generator, macetor, electric furcance

    So the players of the server get punished for the evil acts of another?

    1; The server was griefed. You stated that. That was what I was trying to take care of.

    2; Why do YOU SUFFER? I can't rollback EE Damage. I explained that to you SEVERAL times. Either learn to read or grow up and restart.

    It depends tbh with WorldGuard (or any protection plugin for that matter)

    Some items that delete/create/change blocks are bypassing minecraft's default block placement/break routines - so they also skip bukkit's event handlers.

    This means that even know you have world guarded x y z, and someone uses a powered pick axe for example, they can break any block anywhere.

    Yes, but as Alien stated, that wouldn't keep it safe :/
