As for the video: if your video is hosted on YouTube, the forums should automatically display it if you put the full link in your post. Don't know if it does that for other video hosts as well. You'll have to test that yourself.

Have you tried following the instruction?

First off, have you read the rules? They're linked in my signature.
 
Secondly: I do believe that they've already been reduced a fair bit in the currently recommended version of AotBT. Unfortunately, I don't know if we, as end-users, can change how many spawn. You could try reducing the amount of biomes they can spawn in. While it's no reduction of numbers, it does thin out the spread of them.

And even if the Technic team could ban servers, you've hardly given a great argument for doing so.
 
My bet, you've been banned from the server for going against the rules and are now trying to get back to the server owners for enforcing their rules.

This is an OPINION!!!!!! or REQUEST!!!!!!

Issue #1: World Generation defaults to Biomes o' Plenty.
That is, even if I pick "default", it still loads the BoP biomes.
 
Intended behaviour? EDIT: Probably intended behaviour, yeah. Setting in BoP config was set to True.
 
Issue #2: Food Plus fruit trees (orange, banana, coconut etc) do not spawn in the wild.
Or have I just been incredibly unlucky in that I haven't found any?
I wanted to see if it was just related to BoP worldgen, but that's obviously where issue #1 comes in.
 
EDIT: Testing shows that they do show up in default worldgan.
They may just spawn in vanilla biomes, which are considerably rarer... though that doesn't explain why they showed up in a BoP biome in the last 1.0.12 version... Maybe I'm just really unlucky, like I thought before?
