[Modpack help!]

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong making this modpack. Can someone please look at it for me that would be a big help! Thank you! It won’t  launch the mods or anything.

Fix that, and the pack runs. (Presumably. I get to the main menu without issues, and the mods appear to have loaded in fine. I haven't tried to start a new world.)

So I should name it modpack.jar.jar? or modpack.jar.? I'm a bit of a noob

I want to start this off with by saying I have never made a Minecraft mod pack, I know how to do modding but never this, I followed the guide 100% Or so I think I did, but for some reason when I load it up, none of the mods show up... But they are in the mods folder in the roaming technic folder. Heres My mod pack if someone could take a look at it and help that would lovely...
