Puzzler i have been banned for something my little brother did, it stand's Banned: do not mess whit the oswa towa!!!! Here is the story, i was playing on the server and i had to take a piss so i went to the bathroom, but i didn't log off i thought that i wouldn't be so long, But when i returned my little brother was playing and he griefed the tower, if i get ''UnBanned i will repaire the damage i cost to the server, and pay Lord_Oswa.... what the tower is missing, Im begging you Puzzler give me a chance to do things right, plz give me a chance.
I have already posted on your post that you did last time. Please read that. Puzzler cant unban people, only me and stavlor can.

Reason for wanting to become a member?: looking very hard to find a good, stable server. my son, daughter and I all play MC, Son and I started playing tekkit about 4 months ago and are now looking at working together as we do in V. MC. We don't pvp and never grief. son is 9, TheVoidStalker we just want to travel to the edge of the map and get to work

Currently the server is having a few issue with the host.
Im afraid their is no ETA on when we can get this sorted out. Im about to head to bed because its late, and im not sure when stavlor can get some time to look at it. Remeber he does have a job also.
So, i recommend playing other games for now, and trying again tommorrow or later on this evening/morning.
We dont know the direct details so i cant provide them

Reason: Um...mistakenly banned, lol.
Why I did it: I was making a dm furnace, then the connection timed out and it said I was banned. I assumed dm furnaces were banned right afterwards but apparantly they aren't, so I've done nothing wrong. =/
What I will do if i get unbanned: Go about my routine as usual....Lol

Just saying do not join this server. Entered as a guest earlier. Was welcomed with incredibly racist remarks when
saying i was black. I was kicked several times with the message: GO BACK TO AFRICA. This server should be reported and
removed from the forums. They will most likely delete this post anyways.
The person who was saying these things were a guest himself. Therefore his actions do NOT speak for the server. The guy has been banned himself and therefore nothing needs to happen with our server.
Actions have been taken and therefore the server is NOT held responibile for this.

I would like to complain about a staff member, kruger, because he was acting immature, nonlogical and nonsensical as well as giving out unfair punishments. I was given a 30 minute ban from kruger for asking simple questions.
I said the word shit in a non derogatory or offensive way. I was asked by kruger to stop swearing and I replied why and he said it offended people. I said that saying it in a non offensive way would make no offence caused but he kicked me from the server. I rejoined and I said that was rather immature but. Kruger did not reply, he just kicked me again with the message DROP IT. I rejoined and said he was being nonlogical and immature, he temporarily banned me for 30 minutes with no reason what forever. I have checked the rules, acknowledged them and applied them to the situation and none of them were broken.
I also know kruger is a member dating rather far back but I fail to see the reason why I was temporarily banned when I was not in breach of any of the rules and I was not trying to cause disruption, offence or anything else against the server rules. I am unsure what to do about the situation but I suggest you talk to kruger and ask him not to temporarily ban, permanent ban or kick anyone for a reason that is not in breach of the rules. Once again I asked the questions with respect and was not trying to offend anyone.

I am one of the main server admins on the server. Seen as i oringally made this thread.
Swearing even in its simplest form is agasint our rules (We dont use /rules often and i will get these changed in order to stop confusion) However, your point still stands that you may have merly been asking why.
I shall therefore look into this situation and investigate into what actaully happened. Thankyou for taking the time to contact the server and i hope you enjoy whatever minecraft experience you are currently in
.EDIT: I have searched through the logs and found the conversation, after looking at it and finding the issue. I have seen that he was slightly in the wrong but he could have misunderstood what you said in the first place, and just thought he was doing the right thing.
He has apologised to me for it and i beleve he wont do it again unless something serious happens. Therefore, you are welcome on the server still, but as far as i know, the situation as been dealt with.
