I can't get into the server becasue the Technic Launcher updated, and it says 3 mod files are missing..
Have you tried updating? I know it sounds dumb but I've just gotta make sure.

The FTB server has been removed, so now we're only running two servers at the moment. No plans to remove Hexxit, so keep on playing!

I don't see that being a great idea, seems like it could be abused pretty easily.

Opinions are never wrong, as you may have noticed i am a cold-cultured thinker (yes that is legit psychological terminology) and if i have something to say about anything i won't hesitate to tell it like it is.
Except in your case. And when you "tell it like it is" it makes you look dumb. That's not even "telling it like it is". Try wording it differently.

Even though we have plenty of players on Hexxit who have enough hubris to do this, there really isn't any "action" when it comes to Minecraft. Most "raiding" is really scavenging, haven't been any major factions at war either.
Way to be a pessimist...
