Hey dude, you're not helpful or funny. This is probably just a young kid trying to get help. Your reporting him for "spelling" of all things just wastes my time.

Hi heyu1. Much of your bug report information isn't the correct information. Reading the link I posted just now should tell you how to find most of the information you need to fill out the form properly.
As for your log, you can use a service like www.pastebin.com to share it if it's too long. People wont be able to help you without the log information.

It will indeed pop up with a message asking if you'd like to update. You can say yes or no, and if you say no, you can manually select the updated build by going into the packs options (little gear under the pack) and choosing it from a dropdown.

So that clears it. The new EULA specifically states that mod authors must allow ALL parties to enjoy their content whether they like it or not. If there was ever any doubt about permissions, I guess Mojang have fixed it now. Yay!
At least in the line quoted in the OP, it doesn't say that. It says that mojang has the right to transfer their rights over a mod (or other content) to another. It doesn't say free for all by default. It just means that they could say take someones mod and let a 3rd party use it for whatever they wanted. It's very far from the glorious public domain utopia many of us dream of. It's not even really a step in that direction. Just Mojang giving more power to Mojang.
The adfly thing is a foot forward for sure though.

I believe this mac issue may be fixed in the beta stream of the launcher. CanVox is the one to ask about that now though. If you don't want to mess with that, F11 for fullscreen. (or whatever you have to do to press F11 on a mac.)

It would only become a legal problem if Technic sold the tshirts. So far they have given this to all staff and the mods, and now 20 or so for free to the public.
We can only wait and see, nothing in Kaker's post indicates that he will sell Technic™ t-shirts. Technic has been against donations and any monetary attempts from fans to keep this joyride going.
Only donations toward modders is what Technic endorses
This is of course all hypothetical but no, not necessarily. We're against charging for services that should be free and build off of or into the community. Everything we do so far falls under that. Just a commitment to supporting the community and making mods as accessible to as many people as possible.
My art doesn't fall into that though. I'm an artist and it's what I do for a living. I wouldn't have any scruples about selling my work on shirts or in other forms. I mean, no one expects us to swear off physical possessions in our personal lives and take vows of poverty because we do Technic.
Ok, some people do, but no one sane anyway.
We've been against donations though yeah. That's pretty much saying something is free but holding out your hand anyway.

When you buy minecraft now you use your Mojang account email and password to log in to Minecraft. Use that combo to log into the technic launcher as well.
