I hope that a mod does come to this thread, if this is how you'll act. You just carpet banned an entire faction, even those who did nothing wrong. Hell, i even went in there to help one of the starving players by tossing him a melon.

I do hope a mod comes to delete the following posts as well. Problem is we have people who come to these forums rage filled and childish. They come posting in this thread to get some sort of "Last word". Mud slinging? You haven't seen anything yet.
As confusing as the situation was, there was only one Moronic Filth, and he was banned. The children got mad and followed after him.
Now you say you weren't involved, I'll lift the ban on you. And apologize for all the trouble you were mixed in. Something that Lingie probably hadn't told you was he actually went around griefing the server and deleting data. <- Like a Child having a tantrum.

You guys made a mistake posting in this thread with all that low grade pieces of trash you all call posts.
Withdrawing from my server? You were gone the minute you didn't enforce my rules. When you group talked to me on Skype. I told you hands down, and in a very clear voice I might add. SERVER PRIORITY COMES FIRST. This means you drop what you are doing, and help the people who need help. You drop what you are doing, and you fix any problem that show up. And you pair did agree. I remember it clearly.
Today, you guys let me down big time. It was a sloppy situation, and words got confused. However, things will not be taken back. Simulated Puppet.

It was made very clear that Griefing, Looting, Raiding towns was not allowed.
This is especially true with World Guard Plots, which I give to my Donators. I told him to leave immediately, he did not want to comply, and instead challenge my authority. You guys forgot one big thing here. Let Lingie explain further.
Secondly, its Malice's server. Even if he wanted to enact democracy, its his choice to full control without vote on his server as well. I'm fully comfortable with the way things are being run, and I hope that things continue to run as smooth as they have been. (Given, that Towny stops blowing up in our faces.)Well explained Lingie, as fickle as you may be now.

About the Donations:
Let me get this really straight for you guys. As you didn't seem to catch my drift through our Skype calls. I do not have the money to run this server. This server is ran on the graces and kindness of the truly dedicated players. The players who love and flock to my ideas, and ultimately don't cause this sort of drama.
In the very first place, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN WANT TO GRIEF A DONATOR???
These players literally carry the weight of the server on their backs, and the best way you can repay them is by trying to Raid them?

The features of my Donators are in question now? Hoho. I'm not even going to go there. Because somewhere along the line, "A token of appreciation" was lost on you fools.
Calling people Leechers. Now this is where shit probably got confusing for you. Riney, and Lingie, as pitiful as you both proved yourselves out to be. There was a bit of miscommunication in that argument on the server. Yes, I did refer to SimulatedPuppet as a Leecher. Although that may have not be morally right, It's just the Goddamn truth. A player who plays and has no intention of contributing is effectively a Leecher.
Let me clarify further.
I was not refering to Riney or Lingie as Leechers.
If you had a bit of common sense, you'd know that calling you leechers would be highly inappropriate. Without your valuable advice and help with the Computer Craft and Marketplace plots, my server would be slightly more boring. Okay.. Sorta more boring. I'll give you that. Therefore your rage fits are all rendered moronically premature and poorly thought out.
There will be no coming back to my server.

Well, we're still digging the area that we'll be using for the base. It'll be floating, underground, for security purposes.
I've noticed that it's taken you guys a bit of time to claim plot. The new for towny are easy at first, but you really need money to go all out like before. Very challenging.

Well there will be a room where you can log in, then insert IC credits to give yourself chips in our gaming area. With those, you can access single player games, or the gambling hall. When you are done, you can return to that room, and dispense IC credits.
Ive already written many of the functions down on paper, and Im ready to test em out when I get some computers put together.
Oh really? If you wish to go ahead and write the program down, I'd import it, only if you needed however. I'd totally support such innovated ideas. Perhaps we can even implement it into an actual server feature. You must keep me updated on this project. :L

I intend to make an evil Bond Villain style lair, with an underground gambling syndicate based on industrial credits and computer craft. ITS GONNA BE SO AWESOME *Squee*
Ohhh that would be awesome. Like make computers that have a somewhat small GUI that you can program. Then you have it so that they input a command and it scrolls like a slot machine. Then if they win, it'll dispense some IC ontop of them? Only problem would be finding a way to program a way for them to input their money. Hmmmm.

Perhaps we can do some cool things with Rednet? Maybe getting a main super computer to handle all the text programs we wrote. Eitherway pretty exciting project all around.

Well, we were going to switch over to spout. But I decided that it was probably best to stick to Tekkit. We've had to change things up, but I am fully confident that we are very unique from the other tekkit servers. Totally different, and how our world works. We've made changes to alot of things. Power Generation for example. Before, you could make like 10 Solar arrays and have totally free power generation. Well we nurfed that. Everything else is when it comes to power generators. Nuclear Reactors have been buffed, but uranium is much more hard to find. <- Inspired by watching a documentary about find actual Uranium in real life. Person had to travel across seas to germany to actually have a chance at finding it. When she did, it was a very very small amount. So I thought it would be cool to have ores spawn in realistic areas.

Just a bit of incentive for people to kill mobs. It's also very nice to repair tools and armor, especially as hard as it is to survive in the server.

Fixed the server title for the new formatting..? As pointless as that seems, I'm glad they're going to be cleaning out the forum threads. People who are too lazy to read the rules shouldn't be able to post here.

Got plenty of available slots. Should be much more stable this time around. We just need to some testing to find out.

Fixed the Towny bug. Inventories will no longer allow you to dupe. Fixed Nicknames in channel as well. Still need people to stress test the server.

Fixed the mob bounties. Also, tweaked the drops so it's a bit more harder to get anything good. Also added convelance dust as a drop.

Attacking the server..
This assessment isn't in fact a assessment at all. It's an attack of my server because of said user being angry about losing his protection. This player on more then one occasion, lash out of me because of the recent plugin corruption that my server had.
As you can see this player refers to himself as a team, but was actually surprised to find out it was only him, and another player. So please, don't be fooled by his half witted attempt at making him self seem official.
I confess, we have alot of bugs. But I'm sure, these are bugs shared throughout the community as a whole, not just my server. Be assured that I take great pride in my server and do all I can to make it as presentable as I possibly can to my ability.
My server is not in any means perfect, as stated above by this child, we've been "tweaking" as we go to achieve the most stable and balanced gameplay that I can achieve to my vision.
As for my two days of downtime, I was fully aware of the situation, and wasn't in fact the fault of my server, but a bit of "Upgrade" time. Because as you know, the mounting popularity of my server demands that I upgrade it to keep my users happy. But yes, My hoster dropped the ball on upgrading.

As you can see, I posted updates to keep my playerbase fully aware of the situation. If you care enough to look, I was very upset at the situation.
As far as a laggy server goes, My server doesn't lag. It has a constant 20TPS. Perhaps the child above meant today when the Towny was corrupting itself. Oh yes, it was corrupting. And It wasn't my players, my hoster, but simply how tekkit is different then bukkit. Shit happens. Live with it or go.
All and all, when I started this server, I knew nothing about server hosting, but I learned. And I've experienced dozens of problems. And because of those problems, I've learned alot more every time.
All I care about is Donations- The server isn't free in anyway to me. The work isn't easy in anyway. The moderating isn't easy in anyway. Explain to me what's wrong with offering incentive for donations? Don't bother, because chances are if you aren't a Contributor, you have no right to speak on the matter. And really, in what way does my Incentives rob you of your experience? Nothing at all, there's absolutely nothing stripped from your gameplay. Nothing is locked. Well, other then the EE and Belkon's weaponmod. But that is because these mods are fully able to shred this server asunder.
Mydiamonz, you first came to my server as a troubling leecher. Demanding things from my server, and trying to dename me. I surely have not enjoyed your presence and am very glad that you and "your team" are leaving. Next time you get butthurt about something, perhaps you may wish to present it in a constructive way, not this shagged down insult to my server.
Fact:No one is going to care to read this. Other then mods looking for some pass time. So please take your "assessment" elsewhere to people who would actually give two shits, MyDiamonz. But anyone can see this is just a rant from some pissed off kid because he couldn't get his items back.
Unrelated note: You need two adults to have an adult conversation.

That's how I am. Constantly looking and testing to see who is worthy of what. Mostly though, I observe.
Back to the topic.
In a few hours, I will be implementing DeathPrice. Pretty much means that when you die, your money is lost. This will make things more challenging. Heh.

There's no way to do this via configs, so you'll have to hop into the code.
Oh man, I don't know the first thing about Modding. I was hoping there was a combination of plugins that I could use to achieve the effect I want. In this case, Removing all the crafting recipes for UU Matter. Don't get me wrong, I've been all over the internet looking for any solutions on how to do this. Hell, I've even sent messages to the Mod Devs for a bit of support on this matter. But Since I'm a complete noob when it comes to Java, I'm just going to have to wait to see if someone can share a method with me. In the meantime, I will be looking at this java.

Thanks Ash. It's players like you that make server hosting worth it. Sure, you present alot of problems, but it's fine because every time I fix a problem, I get a little better at it.
I can only hope more players like you come to the server, people who are willing to contribute to something they enjoy. To some people, the following statement is an alien statement. But all is well. Have fun Ash.
