  1. Yea you can that that drunk dude notch to program mincraft in a real programming language java is not designed for this..

Language doesn't matter as much as you may think and he gets 60 fps in vanilla minecraft. Optifine or w/e should make it go higher.

Tekkit isn't recognizing your graphics card, you'll have to add javaw.exe (or something similar, just look for the java task), and manually add it to your graphics drivers.

  2. A diamond warhammer can't instakill.

So here is what I am having trouble to understand.

You, Mr. Seto, are the one responsible for the edit in the wiki, but then a day later you come here and post asking to confirm it. You edit the wiki first with dubious information. And perhaps further, you added in false information. When I quote the wiki you then say it could be unreliable -- knowing full well you were the one that made the edit.

It seems to me you added false information to the wiki deliberately and wanted to cover up that you were the one that added it.

This doesn't make any sense, unless you were simply attempting to confuse us. That or you are very, very dull.

  3. I did further investigating, the OP is the one that made that edit.

The question that remains is why. I suspect it's to cover up some of his own hacking. Don't add things to the wiki that you know may not be true or are unconfirmed. Shame on you sir.

  4. Well, I've spent some amount of time on a good economy server, and I've learned many tweaks that need to be done to ensure it works.

    XL biomes is a must.

Metal ore resources may be 2x as rare, since macerators double one's return.

If MCMMO is added, then making everything else 2x as rare and metal ores 3x as rare is something that may work.

Increase the chance of rain in all non-desert biomes mildly.

Nerf solar panels and subsequent solar arrays to only output 1/2 (don't forget to decrease packet size).

Have a market place where people can build shops/trade/etc. It has to be easy to get to, like a /warp.

Either remove the nether or make it extremely dangerous to even people wearing nano armor.

  5. Perhaps if you're new to trading.

I always trade any ore for any other ore for 1.5x as much, allowing for mixing and matching of ores. This gives me a profit of 50%, which I can then use to turn around and sell to someone else. Most people are glad to throw excess ore at me for what they need.

Usually if you throw in free services such as macerating and making ingots yourself they're even more willing to trade. The goal of trading it make profit of any kind, not get what you want. That is, if you're looking at it from a trader's perspective.
